Hi! I’m Sara Greco, a learner of all things leadership and the biggest Harry Potter nerd you’ll ever meet.
After growing up a military brat and moving all over the place, I joined the US Air Force as an officer and then transferred to the US Air Force Reserve. While working part-time in the USAFR, I gained experience at a few companies and learned about the corporate world. Now, with over ten years of experience in both military and corporate, I have seen so many different work and leadership styles. Through all this, I learned one major thing: leadership skills are not taught early or often enough.
Now, I’m on a mission to learn as much as I can about leadership and share it with the world. Through the Lead Into It Podcast and my leadership coaching, I hope to build better leaders everywhere.
When I’m not working, you can find me going down an Instagram rabbit hole trying to find all the coolest local restaurants or hitting up a Peloton class with Cody or Robin.
I created Lead Into It because I believe leadership skills are the building blocks for our lives and can be learned at any point in your career and life, not only when you have a leadership title.
My purpose is to help others build and hone their leadership skills. Whether leading a team, your career, or your day-to-day life, it takes leadership skills such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, patience, and effective communication to do so.
What can Lead Into It do for you?
I built the Lead Into It Podcast because I wanted to dive into the nuances of leadership and share with others, especially those who had a desire to grow in their own leadership. The diverse conversations I have with people of all different types of background provides listeners with tangible tactics and lessons.
